Table of Contents

1. When thinking about other people’s opinions…

don’t overthink what other people (especially strangers) might say about you.

Do what makes you happy so you don’t regret missed opportunities out of fear of judgment.

2. When being critizied…

imagine this: a pair of shoes, show them to 100 people, and you’ll get 100 different opinions.

Some might love them, others won’t.

The same goes for you.

People might criticize your looks or personality, but that doesn’t mean you have to agree.

The only opinion that truly matters is your own, unless you’re actively seeking someone else’s.

3. When talking to people

  • Think before you speak → Take a moment to form your thoughts. Speak calmly.
  • Be polite and respectful to everyone but still maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Know your audience → Try to assess who you’re speaking to.
  • Maintain open body language → Stand tall, make eye contact and maintaine it. Smile when appropriate.
  • Don’t try to impress, try to connect → People are drawn to authenticity more than perfection.
  • Ask questions. Showing curiosity makes you seem geniunly interested, it builds rapport naturally by mostly listening to what they have to say.

4. When comapring – other than with your past self…

If you feel you have to glow up to feel more confident, do it for you.

Use inspiration pics if you like, but focus on tracking your own progress: your growth, your mindset, your energy.

And remember: beauty isn’t everything (and it’s also very subjective).

Even the most “perfect-looking” people get cheated on.

Even they feel lost or insecure sometimes.

In other words, being beautiful doesn’t protect you from feeling bad.

Confidence comes from the inside, from knowing your worth, not comparing it.

If you don’t believe me, here is what Monica Bellucci has to say about it: “I know many beautiful people and their lives are just terrible. They feel so uncomfortable with themselves. Being comfortable is not about what you look like, but how you feel.”

5. When embracing the change…

Walk tall with your head high, big steps, and confident strides: model walk.

DON’T shuffle around.

Wear clothes, perfume, and makeup that make you feel confident.

It doesn’t need to be trendy or overly expensive just what suits your body shape, a perfume that encapsulates your personality, and makeup that highlights your unique facial features.

Confidence starts with knowing what works for you and owning it.
