I’ll start by saying I was always taught to pay a lot of attention to my body and the foods that make me feel good.
It’s really important to get tested for your allergies and know what’s inflammatory for your body, what you shouldn’t be eating.
I think all of those things are really important, more than following one person’s fitness and diet routine.
Meat, veg, carbs — anything, as long as it’s made well.
It’s a lot of organic, fresh ingredients, like tomatoes, garlic, onions, milk, eggs, flour — things that you know are good ingredients, that you can kind of mix up and make whatever you want.
I love spaghetti bolognese, but you can also make meatballs or burgers.
I love baked eggs, if you have an organic tomato sauce, you can do baked eggs with bacon and just have bread on the side.
Anything that you can kind of mix into a lot of different things that you like is good. Just depends on what you like.
How Her Workout Routine Looks Like: We start with jump rope — there’s no better way to slim down legs — and we end with ballet-inspired floor exercises. . . . In the middle, we box.
Her Love For Boxing: When you’re boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kinda forget what’s going on, you forget that you’re working out. You always want more. “It’s the only thing where I don’t have to think about anything and can shut my brain off.”
I love St. Ives Apricot Scrub, and you can just get that at CVS—it’s so good, though, it’s my favorite! Usually I only use that when I shower, because if I don’t shower I’m usually too tired to wash my face and just use Maybelline cleansing wipes. And then I use Chanel Hydra Beauty Lotion. That’s so good, I love it.
So I used a brand called Oliveda, and it’s just olive tree extract, and they have everything from cleanser, to moisturizer, oils. So I really enjoyed using that. Whenever I’m working a lot, or I’m wearing a lot of makeup, or I’m coming from a shoot, I use Cetaphil.
When I get a pimple, I use toothpaste. I just put it on [a pimple] at night before I go to sleep. Then I take [a small piece of] toilet paper, get it wet, put it on my finger and press it over the top, and peel [the excess paper off] around my finger. In the morning, you just put a wet towel on it, and it all comes off

I really like a base that doesn’t look dry. So I like a little bit of a glow. But I obviously don’t wanna look oily, so I’ll kind of show you a mixture that I’ve come up with.
I first start with this Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow. I just use like a couple of drops. And it’s kind of the same technique that I use for my moisturizer.
“I’ve never done anything to my face. But the way that I’ve learned, that I’ll show you to contour in certain places, put bronzer in some places and leave it out in other places is something that you have to learn. [Before,] I would just put it everywhere and then it just looks like it’s all one shape.”
I used to be much more of like a matte lipstick person, and I feel like I’m appreciating a little sparkle and shine nowadays. [I love] lifter gloss […] it has a lifting serum in it, so it really plumps your lips.

When I have time off, I do coconut oil in my hair and I just put it in a bun and don’t wash it.
You can shower, obviously. But just keep your hair in a bun for like three days, keep the coconut oil in and just keep it up, and then at the end when you wash it all out when you wash it, do shampoo first, then rinse, then shampoo again, because if you do water first then the shampoo doesn’t go in and your hair is still oily.
