Monday

Vocabulary Review (30 min)
  • 10 min: Review all new words from the week before
  • 10 min: Write 10–15 key words in sentences or phrases
  • 10 min: Quiz yourself (meaning, pronunciation, natural usage)

Tuesday

Grammar Summary (60 min)
  • 15 min: List grammar points studied (e.g., present tense, plurals, word order)
  • 25 min: Write 3–5 example sentences using those rules
  • 10–15 min: Label each sentence → I understand / still confusing / needs more review

Wednesday

Speaking Practice & Feedback (30 min)
  • 5 min: Choose a topic or prompt to speak about
  • 20 min: Record yourself speaking for 1–2 minutes a few times. Try to improve each time after listening back
  • 5min: Ask for feedback

Thursday

Listening & Reading Recap (60 min)
  • 20 min: Listen to podcasts or videos
  • 20 min: Read texts (textbook, books, articles, etc.)
  • 10–15 min: Take notes on new vocab, phrases, or structures
  • Optional: 5–10 min: Summarize out loud what you read/listened to

Friday

Mini Writing Task (30 min)
  • 10 min: Write 5–10 sentences on your week, a topic you practiced, or whatever comes to mind (maybe a short story?)
  • 10–15 min: Review your writing → grammar check
  • Optional: 5 min: Read what you wrote out loud

Saturday/Sunday

Self-Evaluation (30–60 min)
  • 10 min: Reflect on improvements and confusing areas
  • 10–20 min: Identify areas to continue reviewing
  • 10–20 min: Set 2–3 simple goals for next week
