She tries not to overindulge in anything, but at the same time, also not to deprive herself of anything her body needs.

She love smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies.

Her favorite drink being green juices with kale, spinach, green apples and lemon.

Protein is a must. She makes sure to consume as much as her body needs (also depending on her activity level).  She likes to eat fish, egg.whites, tofu or oatmeal.

Adriana also has a daily vitamin drink and lots of different herbal teas to help purify her body.

She also stated that Coconut water is just the best for you. It’s always something she had in Brazil and has been drinking it since she was a little girl.

When training for the VS Stage she drank plenty of water.

She has been switching things up a little bit. She is known to love boxing, but more recently She has been doing a lot of circuit training and running.

If she has a gym at her hotel, she woudl wake up and do a quick [morning] workout, or go for a run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting.

Another good trick of hers  is to pack a jumprope and do ten minutes in her hotelroom first thing in the morning to get her heart rate up.

I started getting into skin care when I was very young. And I think that the discipline to be taking care of myself it’s been paying off.

Growing up the thing she was most likely to wear was sunblock and that is a habit she still kept til this day.

She applies a face moisturizer, face cream, sometimes it’s heavy, sometimes it’s light, and a serum. She admitted of being obsessed with masks. She uses them on a regular basis.

She likes to use oils like coconut oil on her whole body.

Another thing she used to do was putting coconut water in the fridge letting it get cold, getting cotton pads, wet them putting them on her face.

*She likes to elongate them at the end to make them a little bit longer.

Lipstick Tricks

Sometimes she takes like a little red or pink lipstick and dab it on her lips and on her cheeks. She use the same color for that to give it that she use on my cheeks to give that natural tinted look.
