Monday

Vocabulary + Listening Comprehension
  • 20 min: Learn 10–15 new vocabulary words or expressions
  • 20 min: Listen to a podcast, news segment, or YouTube video
  • 20 min: Note down and review new words or idioms from the audio

Tuesday

Grammar Deep Dive + Writing Practice
  • 30 min: Study an intermediate grammar point (e.g., past subjunctive, conditionals, passive voice)
  • 30 min: Write 5–7 sentences or a short paragraph using the new grammar structure

Reading + Speaking Practice
  • 20 min: Read a news article, blog post, or excerpt from a book
  • 20 min: Summarize what you read aloud
  • 20 min: Record yourself speaking, then listen back to identify pronunciation or fluency issues

Thursday

Conversation Practice + Pronunciation
  • 30 min: Speak with a language partner, tutor, or practice solo using prompts
  • 30 min: Shadow a native speaker from a video or podcast— their pronunciation & intonation

Friday

Review + Active Recall
  • 20 min: Review vocabulary and grammar studied during the week
  • 20 min: Quiz yourself or have someone test you on words or sentence structure
  • 20 min: Translate 5 sentences from your native language into your target language (without looking anything up at first)

Saturday

Creative Use + Cultural Exposure
  • 20 min: Write a journal entry, short story, or opinion piece on a topic you like
  • 20 min: Watch a show/movie in your target language (with or without subtitles)
  • 20 min: Write down or speak your thoughts on what you watched
